In the 1940s, following the death of her parents, a young woman goes to live with her cousin in Wyoming, where the fear of an illusory demonic horse and an ever-present isolation caused by a massive snowstorm manipulates her sanity.  Adapted from "The Wind" by Dorothy Scarborough.
